Ich bin besonders fasziniert von der vokalen Volksmusik unterschiedlicher Kulturen wie die Gesänge aus Georgien, Korsika und Sardinien, unsere Juuze, die bulgarische Musik, die Musik der Baka aus dem afrikanischen Regenwald, der Joik der Sami. Seit 2010 begleitet mich das Obertonsingen.
Im Rahmen meiner Ausbildung in Musik und Bewegung (2015-2019), an der Hochschule der Künste Bern, habe ich mich vertieft mit Musik, Rhythmus und Tanz befasst, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf die Rolle des Körpers und der Erfahrung wenn wir Musik lernen und machen.
Für mich wichtige Stimm- und GesangslehrerInnen sind Su Hart (Jodel und Gesänge der Baka Pygmäen), Annunziata Matteucci (Gesänge des Mittelmeerraums), Ingrid Hammer (Jodelgesang), Frank Kane (Georgische Gesänge), Anita Daulne (Afropäische Musik und Vokalimprovisation), Dessislava Stefanova (Bulgarischer Gesang) und Oskar Boldre (Vokalimprovisation und Circle Songs), Wolfgang Saus (Obertongesang) und Christian Zehnder (Obertongesang).
Ich habe früher viel in Chören gesungen (Obertonchor Partial, Swiss Bulgarian Choir, Corale Ticinese di Berna, European Overtone Choir, Goccia di Voci, Berner Kammerchor), jetzt vermehrt in kleineren Formationen und als Singer-Songwriterin.
Ich teile gerne meine Leidenschaft für die Stimme und das Singen mit unterschiedlichen Angeboten wie Singgruppen und Obertongesangunterricht. Dazu lade ich seit 2012 Sängerinnen und Sänger, von denen ich inspiriert bin und lernen möchte, in die Schweiz ein und organisiere für sie Gesangsworkshops. I am fascinated by the traditional vocal music of different cultures such as songs from Georgia, Corsica and Sardinia, Swiss Yodels, Bulgarian music, the music of the African Baka Forest people, the Joik of the Sami. Since 2010 I have been learning and further refining overtone singing.
During my education in Music and movement (2015-2019) at the Bern University of the Arts, I have been studying music, rhythm and dance in depth, with a particular focus on the vital role of the body and of experiencing when we learn and make music.
The voice and singing teachers that have most inspired me are Su Hart (yodeling and chants of the Baka Pygmies), Annunziata Matteucci (vocal music from the Mediterranean area), Ingrid Hammer (yodel), Frank Kane (Georgian polyphony and voice exploration), Anita Daulne (African music and vocal improvisation), Dessislava Stefanova (Bulgarian singing), Oskar Boldre (vocal improvisation and circle songs), Wolfgang Saus (overtone singing), Christian Zehnder (overtone singing).
I used to sing a lot in choirs (overtone Choir Partial, Swiss Bulgarian Choir, Corale Ticinese di Berna, European Overtone Choir, polyphonic choir Goccia di Voci, Berner Kammerchor), and now more in smaller formations and as singer-songwriter.
I like to share my passion for the voice and singing with different offerings such as singing groups and overtone singing lessons and workshops. Since 2012, I have been regularly inviting singers I am inspired by and want to learn from to Switzerland, organizing singing workshops for them.
